Memorial Day Observance

As is our tradition, the Hayward Municipal Band will play a concert at Lone Tree Cemetery on Memorial Day as part of the Memorial Day observance. The concert is from 10:30 - 11:00 am on May 26, 2025, and is immediately followed by the formal observance.

Summer Sunday Concerts
Additionally, this summer the Hayward Municipal Band will present four Sunday Concerts at Hayward Memorial Park 24176 Mission Blvd, (behind The Plunge) on the Tony Morelli Bandstand.  All concerts are from 2:30 - 4:30 PM. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and a picnic lunch and come enjoy the music in the park. Please join us for a wide selection of music including marches, pop. musicals, classics, rock, etc.

The 2025 Season begins with our first concert at 2:30 on Fathers' Day, Sunday, June 15.
 

Summer Concert #2

June 22, 2025

2:30 - 4:30
Our second concert is Sunday, June 22 at 2:30.  Traditional, old fashioned concert in the park. 
 

Summer Concert #3

June 29, 2025

2:30 - 4:30
Our third concert will feature our Hayward Municipal Swing Band and will include dance music of the 1940's through 1980's and starts at 2:30.
 

Summer Concert #4

July 6th, 2025

2:30 - 4:30
Our fourth and final concert of the season is on Sunday, July 6th at 2:30, and will include several patriotic selections to honor our country.
